Together with the Head Chef, you help set the structure and direction in the kitchen. Alongside the other sous chef, you oversee daily operations and ensure a smooth workflow. You motivate your team, create a positive working atmosphere and are familiar with all aspects of the sous chef role. With your experience, you act as a coach and motivator for a kitchen team of around eight employees.

WHAT MAKES YOU THE SOUS CHEF WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- A completed culinary education (level 3 or 4) or at least two years of experience in a similar role.
- You guide the kitchen team in the absence of the Head Chef.
- You are a true professional; having a trainer qualification is an advantage.
- Strong product knowledge and experience with HACCP guidelines.
- You handle information responsibly and can contribute strategically.
