What to Expect
As an Account/Asset Manager, you will identify, onboard, and manage third-party service providers (Certified Service Providers – CSPs) across EMEA to support Tesla’s Megapack customers. You’ll ensure these partners are fully prepared—commercially and operationally—to deliver high-quality service. You’ll oversee day-to-day commercial and operational activities for battery storage projects, continuously improving system performance and operations. Acting as the link between customers, CSPs, and Tesla teams, you’ll help ensure smooth operations and strong customer satisfaction across the Megapack fleet. This role requires strong technical knowledge, commercial insight, and collaboration skills, with experience in renewable energy operations, maintenance, or asset management.
What You'll Do-
Process Development: Assess and improve global CSP processes, define best practices, and create adoption roadmaps to ensure consistent implementation across regions.

Program Implementation: Develop and maintain clear documentation, workflows, and training programs to support CSP onboarding and operational readiness.

Market Development: Partner with business development, service, and sales teams to identify new markets and growth opportunities for Megapack support.

Service Provider Onboarding: Identify, evaluate, and prepare new third-party service providers, ensuring they meet commercial, technical, and operational standards.

Relationship & Performance Management: Manage provider relationships, conduct performance reviews, track KPIs, and implement improvement plans to strengthen the CSP network.

Operational Coordination: Collaborate with onsite and internal teams to maintain safe, efficient operations and ensure smooth communication between customers, providers, and Tesla.

Compliance & Contract Management: Ensure adherence to legal, contractual, and regulatory obligations, support contract renewals, and address emerging commercial or operational issues.

Performance Optimization: Monitor fleet performance, analyze maintenance trends, and drive initiatives that enhance system availability, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Bring-
Degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience

3+ years in asset management, operations, or maintenance—ideally within energy storage, solar, or wind industries

Familiarity with utilities and large-scale energy developers and their operational needs

Strong understanding of contract development, negotiation, and execution

Solid mix of technical and commercial expertise with strong analytical and decision-making skills

Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
