Polish Nail Bar Amsterdam is looking for a friendly, professional, and service-oriented Salon Host & Client Experience Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be one of the first points of contact for our clients and play an important part in creating a welcoming, organized, and high-quality salon experience.
As a Salon Host & Client Experience Assistant, you will greet clients upon arrival, assist with appointment management, support the daily flow of the salon, and ensure that every client feels comfortable and well cared for. You will also help maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the salon while providing support to our nail technicians and assisting with client communication.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to gain experience in hospitality, beauty, client experience, and salon operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients warmly and professionally
- Check appointments and assist with the daily salon schedule
- Offer refreshments and ensure clients feel comfortable during their visit
- Support nail technicians throughout the day
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the salon, reception area, and waiting area
- Answer phone calls and assist with client communication
- Monitor client needs, scheduling changes, and salon operations
- Help ensure smooth and efficient daily salon operations
