Our “Why”
At FitForMe, we envision a world where people managing their weight are supported with the respect, science, and care they deserve. Our purpose is to improve the quality of life for people affected by obesity through science-backed supplements and lifelong support. This purpose shapes everything we do, from the products we develop to the partners we work with and the customers we support.
Today, we support more than 150,000 customers in 15+ countries. As we expand from our strong foundation in bariatrics into the broader obesity care space, partnerships play a critical role in helping us reach and support more people.
Joining FitForMe means joining a company where your work has real-world impact.
About the role
As Junior Partner Success Manager, your core mission is to turn signed partnerships into active, engaged, and commercially successful partners.
This is a hands-on role focused on implementation, activation, and growth. Once a partnership has been signed, you take ownership of making it work in practice. You guide partners through onboarding, coordinate internal teams, prepare the right materials and workflows, remove blockers, and make sure partners are fully equipped to introduce FitForMe successfully to their customers or patients.
You will work closely with Business Development, Operations, Product, Customer Support, and external partner teams. Your role is to create momentum from day one: making sure partners go live smoothly, understand the value of our products, know how to position them, and are set up to generate measurable order growth.
This role requires someone who is proactive, structured, commercially sharp, and comfortable pushing things forward. You will monitor partner performance, identify risks and opportunities, follow up persistently, and help build the playbooks and processes that allow FitForMe to scale its partner model internationally.
You will be part of the Beyond Bariatrics team and play an important role in shaping how FitForMe expands into the broader obesity care ecosystem.
