Join our organization as a Facilities Specialist I and contribute to maintaining and optimizing our facilities. You'll ensure the smooth operation of critical infrastructure while supporting our mission to enable customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. In this position, you'll manage building systems, coordinate with vendors, oversee maintenance activities, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

These ligands are essential for our customers in the research, development, and manufacturing of groundbreaking biopharmaceuticals. From novel antibody and gene therapies to recombinant proteins, our products contribute to the treatment of life-threatening diseases.
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of utility systems, including HVAC, electrical distribution, compressed air, water treatment systems, steam, chilled water, lighting, fire safety systems, and other utilities.
Respond to facility-related equipment failures and emergencies, and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities with internal teams and external service providers, including support outside of standard working hours.
MBO Level 4 (or equivalent) in Facilities Management, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Excellent communication skills in English, technical, organizational, and interpersonal skills are essential.
