We are looking for a passionate and reliable Cook to join our kitchen team. The role focuses on food preparation, cooking, and maintaining high standards throughout service in a fast-paced breakfast and brunch environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook dishes to a high standard
- Carry out daily food prep and mise en place
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
- Support smooth kitchen operations during service
- Assist with stock rotation and minimizing waste
- Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all dishes
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar kitchen role
- Passion for fresh food and quality ingredients
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Positive attitude and team-focused approach
- Flexible availability, including weekends
