You’ve been around long enough to know that great campaigns start with deep market understanding - and that winning takes more than a good idea. We think you’ll thrive here if you:
Have relevant hands-on demand generation experience (not just broader marketing) and a track record of owning campaigns end-to-end and driving pipeline. You know the difference between activity and results. SaaS or manufacturing-adjacent experience is a plus.
Follow your market closely: you read the trade press, know what’s keeping ops leaders up at night, and can turn a trend into a campaign brief
Are hungry to win. Not satisfied with decent results, you want to outperform, and you bring that energy to everything.
Execute with precision and commercial instinct. You’re as comfortable building a messaging framework as reviewing a landing page before it goes live, and you know what makes a campaign actually convert.
Are confident using AI for research, content, and campaign optimization, always hunting for the next edge, and know HubSpot (or similar systems) well enough to build and run your own campaigns.
You know your way around LinkedIn, both for organic content and paid campaigns.
Are fluent in English (Dutch is a plus) and have the legal right to work in the Netherlands, where this role is based; visa sponsorship is not available.
