Assistant Floor Manager (full-time) (m/f)
As Assistant Floor Manager you are an example on the shop floor
from an experienced salesperson. At the same time, you work closely with the
Floor manager and support him in all tasks that come with the
management of the staff. If the Floor Manager is absent, you take over
the role of Floor Manager.
The main duties of this position are:
- direct employees to enhance customer experience;
- inspire and motivate staff;
- ensure smooth day-to-day operations;
- supporting the Floor Manager in daily tasks;
- support the Floor Manager and replace him/her in his/her absence;
As Assistant Floor Manager you have:
- minimum MBO 4 working and thinking level;
- experience in retail
- up to date with developments and trends
- commercial insight
- able to work and think independently
- shows initiative
- passion for fashion
