In the role of Lead Engineer, you are technically responsible for the development of advanced space-related systems. You ensure that customer requirements are translated into feasible and effective technical solutions.
You work closely with internal stakeholders (including Project Managers and Product Managers) with the aim of successfully guiding and delivering the projects from the concept phase to realization.
Your responsibilities:

You are responsible for the technical leadership of challenging development projects;

You translate customer needs into achievable technical solutions;

You review and assess mechanical designs and 3D models;

You support project budgeting by estimating engineering efforts and technical costs;

You collaborate closely with Project Managers, Product Managers, Sales, and multidisciplinary engineering teams;

You provide technical guidance throughout the entire lifecycle of projects;

You contribute to technical decision-making and the continuous improvement of products, processes, and practices;
