The Digital Marketing Specialist is involved in the regional digital marketing operations and is responsible for managing and optimizing ALK’s digital channels to deliver a consistent and seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
This role focuses on strengthening ALK’s digital presence and driving an omnichannel marketing strategy, with a strong emphasis on initiatives for healthcare professionals (HCPs). The specialist will co-create, implement, and continuously improve digital campaigns, with the aim of optimizing healthcare professional engagement and driving prescriber growth and depth.
Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining digital channels, tracking the performance and impact of digital initiatives and developing & executing digital campaigns aligned with Brand Plans. The specialist will do this in close collaboration with local and international teams.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
Define and implement the digital side of ALK’s strategies, in collaboration with other roles within cross-functional (international) teams, and promote a digital mindset within the organization, with a strong emphasis on HCP engagement.
In collaboration with the relevant colleagues, translate multi-channel/omnichannel strategies into tactics and communications, including potential HCP touchpoints via CRM, websites, email, social media channels, etc., and execute these tactics.
Engage HCPs across all levels of their journey, from doctors with little awareness of allergy treatments to highly specialized allergy experts, by tailoring digital tactics and messaging to meet their specific needs. Lead generation (inbound marketing) and lead nurturing are a top priority for expanding our HCP network and customer base.
Track success and impact (KPI tracking) related to the use and performance of digital channels, convert data into actionable user insights, and provide these to marketing, medical, and sales teams to guide the digital transformation.
