GenAI Architect (Enterprise/Applied AI)
We are looking for a hands-on Generative AI Architect to design and implement AI-driven solutions that enhance complex, knowledge-intensive workflows.
In this role, you will work closely with domain experts to translate high-value use cases into scalable, production-ready AI tools, leveraging modern LLM technologies to improve how information is created, analyzed, and consumed.
What You Will Do
Design and implement GenAI solutions using LLMs, RAG, and agent-based systems
Build and scale AI-powered workflows and automations for complex business processes
Develop document intelligence solutions (summarization, retrieval, enrichment, structuring)
Improve and extend existing AI copilots and internal tools
Ensure solution quality, robustness, and evaluation (accuracy, failure handling)
Collaborate closely with domain experts to translate needs into usable AI systems
Contribute to architecture, reusable components, and best practice
Core Skills
Strong hands-on experience with:
Large Language Models (LLMs) and GenAI applications
RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) design and implementation
Agentic frameworks / orchestration tools (e.g. LangChain, Semantic Kernel, etc.)
Prompt engineering and context design
Experience building:
End-to-end AI pipelines (data model application)
Scalable, production-grade AI solutions (not just prototypes)
Solid understanding of:
AI evaluation methods (quality, hallucination control, reliability)
Data engineering / pipeline design
Workflow automation in enterprise environments
Ability to:
Translate business problems into practical AI solutions
Work in cross-functional, expert-driven environments
Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-AI stakeholders
Nice-To-Have
Experience with Microsoft AI ecosystem (Azure OpenAI, Copilot, Power Platform)
Exposure to technical domains (telecom, engineering, IP, or standardization)
Experience building internal tools or enterprise AI platforms
Familiarity with human-in-the-loop system design
