What You Will Do
Every 2 to 4 weeks, we host exciting Open Days on Saturdays where customers visit our warehouse to test-ride and purchase their dream e-bikes. You will work alongside our fantastic, supportive full-time team to make these events unforgettable.
As an Event Ambassador, you will:
- Be the Welcoming Face: Greet customers with a smile and set a positive vibe for their visit.
- Prep the Fleet: Get our e-bikes ready for action before the test rides begin.
- Guide the Ride: Help customers adjust their bikes to fit them perfectly for a safe and fun test run.
- Close the Deal: Assist customers with finalizing their purchases on our easy-to-use digital terminals.
- Share the Knowledge: Answer basic customer questions. (Don't worry—we will teach you absolutely everything you need to know!)
Your Profile
- Language: You speak English fluently and best case also dutch! This is important as we have many dutch customers
- Time to Spare: You are available for a full day on our scheduled event Saturdays, plus a quick 1-2 hour shift on the preceding Fridays to help prepare the bikes.
- Outgoing & Enthusiastic: You are naturally outspoken, approachable, and love interacting with people.
- Cool as a Cucumber: You bring a friendly, calm energy to the floor, even when the event gets a little busy or chaotic.
- Highly Reliable: You take ownership of your tasks and are someone your team can always count on.
