Your key responsibilities
Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Organizational Psychology, Educational Sciences, Communication, or a related field (e.g., Change Management / Organizational Development);
Initial experience or exposure to L&D, Performance Management, Change Management, Communications, or HR Technology / People Analytics is a plus;
Currently enrolled at a Dutch university. You will have student status during the term of the agreement, i.e., from August 2026 to September 2026 (4-5 months). Your university will cosign the internship agreement;
