We are looking for an ambitious and passionate Assistant Manager / Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house team and help drive operational excellence.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop the restaurant team.
- Ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction at all times.
- Manage daily restaurant operations and service flow.
- Train and coach staff according to ICHI service standards.
- Create staff schedules and manage labor costs.
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and stock control.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally.
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen management team.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
- Support business growth and continuous improvement initiatives.
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of management experience in hospitality or fine dining.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
- Experience with Asian cuisine concepts is an advantage.
