As a Junior CSM at Skydreams, you'll be the go-to person for our home improvement professionals and moving companies in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You help them get the most out of our platform, build lasting relationships, and spot opportunities to grow their accounts. As you grow into the role, you'll have opportunities to collaborate with teams across the business, including Product, Growth, and Finance, helping shape initiatives that drive customer and business outcomes - and be part of a tight-knit, international team based in Utrecht.
You'll receive guidance from the team but also get immediate ownership to apply your skills in practice. On top of that, you'll receive intensive on-the-job training and support, including knowledge sessions on all relevant topics. Lastly, there'll be plenty of room for you to grow: as you gain more experience, we'll discuss expanding your responsibilities. This way, you can develop at your own pace.
- Be responsible for your own client portfolio in the German, Austrian and Swiss markets.
- Proactively manage your client portfolio, including onboarding, payment follow-ups, and day-to-day queries.
- Collaborate with different teams. You will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally to deliver the best solutions to our clients.
- Build strong customer relationships. Care for an excellent customer journey and client retention.
- Use different channels to communicate with our clients, but mostly, they would like to talk to you on the phone. You are super comfortable with this.
- Identify opportunities to increase product adoption and share insights with the Product team to help shape platform development.
- Excellent German skills, written and spoken, as you will interact with clients from the DACH markets. Additional language skills are a plus.
- We work in a multicultural environment with English as our common language; a solid level of proficiency is therefore important.
- Some experience in the field of customer service, client success and/or a client-facing role.
- Very comfortable on the phone while ensuring effective listening and telephone etiquette.
- Capable of working in a structured, coherent manner and independently.
- Persistent, proactive, and positive attitude. You bring a can-do mindset and don't shy away from rolling up your sleeves.
- You speak up. You're comfortable sharing ideas, flagging improvements, and contributing to how we do things, not just how they've always been done.
- You have a growth and commercial mindset. You're curious about the business, care about outcomes and look for ways to add value for clients and the team alike.
- Team player with planning and organizational skills, and attention to accuracy.
- Salary expectations: €37.600 - €41.500 annually.
