Your Role:
As a Junior Business Development Manager at 52North, you will play a crucial role in analysing the performance and making strategic decisions to enhance performance. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring that affiliate traffic is acquired at optimal pricing, while also maintaining a vigilant awareness of the competitive landscape to position our company at the forefront.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse the performance to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and profitability.
- Make data-driven decisions regarding affiliate traffic acquisition, ensuring optimal pricing and maximising ROI.
- Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in the industry landscape.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies to drive growth and increase market share.
- Continuously monitor key performance indicators and metrics to track progress and identify opportunities for optimisation.

- Proficient in both English and Ukrainian, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience in business development
