CO2Dry, established as a spin-off of FeyeCon, develops and commercializes innovative process technologies in which carbon dioxide (CO₂) plays a central role, both as a sustainable processing medium and as a raw material for new products and processes.
Our activities range from proof-of-concept studies and pilot plant development to industrial implementation for clients operating in sectors such as materials, textiles, food ingredients, cosmetics, chemicals, and pharmaceuticals.

Lab/Pilot Operations Manager
As a Lab/Pilot Operations Manager, you will be responsible for providing technical support to the laboratory. This role combines enabling laboratory research operations—including preparing and adapting bench-scale and pilot-scale equipment—with organizational responsibilities.
You will ensure that analyses and experiments are carried out efficiently, safely, and in compliance with applicable quality standards.
You will also serve as the key link between researchers, engineers, and suppliers.
Your Responsibilities
- Support researchers and engineers in laboratory and pilot-scale activities.
- Perform and report analyses and experiments.
- Provide practical, hands-on technical solutions.
- Optimize work processes and methodologies.
- Manage laboratory and pilot equipment, including maintenance planning.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and operating procedures.
- Report results and project progress.
What You Bring
- Completed technical or higher vocational education (HTS/MTS equivalent) in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in a laboratory environment.
- Organizational or coordination experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills.
- A hands-on mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- The candidate must have a valid work permit for the Netherlands.
