Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive customer success and long-term value realization for ABB’s digital solutions within the Marine Service and Digital business. You will act as a trusted advisor to customers, ensuring successful onboarding, adoption, and ongoing utilization of digital services that improve operational performance and business outcomes. Each day, you will work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to maximize customer satisfaction, retention, renewal success, and growth opportunities while helping expand ABB’s digital footprint across the marine industry.
The work model for the role is: hybrid
Location: Rotterdam (NL), Helsinki (FI), Fornebu (NO)
This role is contributing to the Marine Service and Digital.
You will be mainly accountable for:

Acting as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, building trusted relationships and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the customer lifecycle.

Leading customer onboarding activities and supporting the successful deployment and adoption of ABB’s digital solutions and services.

Monitoring customer engagement, solution utilization, and business outcomes to ensure customers realize maximum value from their investments.

Conducting regular business reviews with customers to assess performance, identify improvement opportunities, and align on future objectives.

Collaborating with Sales, Product Management, Service Operations, and Digital Solutions teams to resolve customer issues and deliver continuous value.

Identifying customer risks, proactively addressing adoption challenges, and developing action plans to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

Supporting contract renewals and identifying opportunities for expansion through additional digital services, lifecycle offerings, and value-added solutions.

Capturing and communicating customer feedback, market insights, and product enhancement opportunities to internal stakeholders.
Qualifications for the role
- You have experience working with digital solutions, software platforms, analytics applications, or connected services within the marine, industrial, or technology sectors.

You have an understanding of marine operations, vessel systems, digital services, or industrial automation technologies.

You have 5–8 years of experience in customer success, account management, technical consulting, service delivery, digital solutions, or a related customer-facing role.

You possess strong relationship management skills and a proven ability to engage with both technical and business stakeholders.

You have experience driving customer adoption, retention, and business value realization through technology-enabled solutions.

You hold a degree in Engineering, Marine Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
