Role: Location Manager
The Location Manager ensures that a designated service area runs efficiently during service. This role is responsible for supporting the team, maintaining the highest service standards, and ensuring guests feel welcomed, cared for, and prioritized throughout their visit.
In addition to strong on-floor presence, the location manager will contribute to building and implementing practical processes that help standardize performance and elevate the guest experience.
Key Responsibilities (Service & Guest Experience First)
- Ensure smooth guest flow and a consistently positive guest experience.
- Respond quickly to service needs and support frontline teams to avoid delays.
- Uphold brand standards for hospitality, cleanliness, and presentation.
Team Leadership & Coordination
- Coordinate day-to-day service activities and staff scheduling.
- Support and guide runners and staff to maintain pace and organization.
- Support training and ensure the team follows station expectations and service routines.
Process Building & Implementation
- Standardize best practices so performance remains consistent across different shifts and team members.
- Continuously improve processes by identifying friction points and proposing practical solutions based on service feedback and results.
- Ensure the team understands and follows the processes during service.
Standards, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure the restaurant is always compliant with hygiene and safety practices (HACCP)
- Maintain a tidy, well-prepared service area throughout the shift.
Requirements
- Experience in hospitality operations (service floor, runner team, restaurant operations, or similar).
- Strong communication and leadership skills under pressure.
- Ability to stay calm, organized, and guest-focused during peak service hours.
- Process mindset: able to build, implement, and maintain routines that improve consistency.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and high-traffic service periods.
