You will play a key role in managing daily warehouse operations and supporting the smooth flow of goods for our clients.
Your Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Team Leader, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving smooth, efficient, and high-quality warehouse operations. You’ll lead by example, support your team, and ensure that daily logistics run like clockwork. Your responsibilities will include:
- Direct, coach, and support warehouse staff to maintain a motivated and high-performing team.
- Organize daily schedules, assign responsibilities, and ensure smooth execution of warehouse activities.
- Participate in receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping to maintain hands-on oversight.
- Monitor stock levels, detect anomalies, and ensure accurate inventory records.
- Uphold company standards for safety, hygiene, and operational excellence.
- Identify inefficiencies and implement practical solutions to streamline workflows.
- Track team output, report key metrics, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Handle administrative paperwork and ensure accurate records of warehouse transactions.
- Report and follow up on any damages, spills, or delivery discrepancies.
- Collaborate wtih other department to ensure smooth operation to deliver excellent customer service
Your Profile
Our ideal candidate is hands-on, responsible, and detail-oriented. You bring the following qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in a warehouse position with strong interest in logistics and warehouse operations.
- Flexibility to work across multiple warehouse locations in or near Rotterdam.
- Forklift certification (required).
- Strong sense of responsibility and accuracy in your work.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with logistics software is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Fluency in Chinese / English / Dutch. Additional languages are an advantage.

Pay: €2.800,00 - €3.500,00 per month
