WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
Local creation is Nike’s local creation engine – designed to deliver product with speed, relevance, and cultural authenticity. Business Integration enables Local Creation to operate as a connected system by aligning strategy, people, process, and tools across engines, brands, and geographies.
You will be part of the EMEA Local Creation Business Integration team, partnering closely with Product Management, Design, Development, Merchandising, Costing & Sourcing, and Operations teams. You will work closely with Product Information Management partners across EMEA and Global teams to ensure product data is accurate, connected, and ready to support key seasonal milestones.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Business Integration, you will play a critical role in enabling Local Creation's success by ensuring product information flows seamlessly across systems, processes, and teams.

This role sits at the intersection of product, data, and operations. You'll play a critical role in ensuring the information behind every product is accurate, connected, and ready to support key business decisions. Requirements:
Experience working with product data, product information management, master data, lifecycle management, or other operational systems and processes.
Well-rounded analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple priorities across a fast-paced environment.
Experience identifying process inefficiencies and driving improvements.
Proven stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Ability to translate complex information into clear and actionable insights.
Curiosity, adaptability, and a continuous improvement mindset.
Ability to identify root causes and make data-driven recommendations.
Digital & AI experience: fluency in working with product information systems, databases, or product lifecycle management tools. Experience using Excel, reporting tools, dashboards, and data visualization platforms as well as with collaborative and visual working tools such as Miro. Curiosity and enthusiasm for leveraging AI-powered tools to improve data quality, reporting, process automation, and decision-making. Interested in exploring new technologies that improve data management and operational effectiveness.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
In this role, you will help manage and improve product information across the full product creation lifecycle while building the capabilities and processes needed to support future growth.
You will:
Own product data accuracy, completeness, and readiness across assigned product categories.
Ensure product information is delivered on time and aligned to key seasonal milestones and gates.
Manage product data maintenance and ongoing updates across multiple systems.
Monitor data quality and proactively identify and resolve issues.
Partner with Product Management, Design, Development, Merchandising, and Operations teams to ensure alignment and execution.
Drive improvements to product information processes, tools, and ways of working.
Build visibility through reporting, dashboards, and data insights.
Support teams by translating complex data into actionable information and recommendations.
Act as a subject matter expert on product data, systems, and product information processes.
This position will be posted until 31st July. After this date, we will assess applications and share feedback. Interviews will start as of 14th August.
