Marketing Specialist – DACH Region
As Marketing Specialist – DACH, you will support the development and execution of trade marketing activities across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Reporting to the Head of DACH, you’ll work cross-functionally with local sales teams, retail partners, and EMEA marketing to ensure impactful retail activations, product launches, and B2B marketing initiatives.
This is a hands-on role with ownership of regional PR and trade marketing plans and execution, making it a great opportunity for an experienced marketing professional who’s ready to support growth.
Responsibilities:
Marketing Planning & Execution

Assist in developing and executing the DACH marketing plan aligned with EMEA priorities;

Coordinate closely with local sales teams to align marketing efforts with commercial goals;

Communicate plans effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Product Launches & Campaigns

Support go-to-market planning for new product introductions (NPIs);

Ensure product visibility online and in-store through coordinated marketing initiatives;

Monitor and track campaign performance; provide post-launch analysis.
Channel & Trade Marketing

Collaborate with account managers to develop 360° marketing plans for each key customer;

Support the company’s B2B growth ambitions by setting up strong local B2B activities;

Oversee the local execution of trade marketing activities, including performance marketing, in-store promotions, and POS materials;

Conduct store visits to ensure high-quality execution and merchandising.
Digital & Content Coordination

Ensure online listings are up to date and meet brand standards;

Coordinate digital content syndication to support high quality presence.
Corporate Communication & GEO

Manage PR activities in-house for the DACH region;

Build and maintain relationships with top local media and key press contacts for product reviews and brand visibility;

Coordinate corporate communication activities and support local brand positioning initiatives;

Monitor PR performance and media coverage and identify opportunities for increased visibility.
Local Budget
-
Support budget tracking and ensure effective use of local marketing funds (MDF).

Assist in planning and executing Retail and B2B events;

In alignment with Sales, prepare marketing material for B2B and B2C promotions.
Qualifications:

At least 3–4 years of marketing experience, preferably within PR and Channel Marketing

Experience in B2B and Online Marketing is required

Experience working with retail partners is a strong advantage

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects

Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

Native in German and fluent in English (written and spoken)

Willing to travel within the DACH region when required
