As a Legal & Compliance Coordinator, you play a crucial role in supporting our legal and corporate governance processes across the Benelux organization. You work closely with the Finance department and report directly to the CFO of Leonardo Hotels Benelux.
In this role, you ensure that legal documentation, compliance processes, and governance structures are accurate, up to date, and efficiently managed. You know your way around legal and administrative processes and bring structure to complex topics.
This is a part-time position (4 days per week), based at our head office in Amsterdam – Rembrandtpark.

Our marketing team ensures that our hotels are optimally supported in the areas of marketing, communication, and branding. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a driven Marketing Operations Manager to help elevate the brand experience to the next level.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

Draft, review, and coordinate legal documents and contracts

Support transaction management, including documentation coordination, signature processes, and closing administration

Maintain and update corporate records (e.g., statutory registers and governance documentation)

Prepare, manage, and archive Powers of Attorney

Support corporate governance activities and internal legal procedures
-
Assist with KYC and due diligence processes

Coordinate and process invoices from external legal advisors and law firms

Maintain legal files, databases, and systems (including Mochadocs and Legisway)

Monitor permits and licenses, including tracking expiry dates and coordinating renewals

Manage permit applications such as exploitatievergunningen, drank- en horecavergunningen, and BIBOB processes

Manage eHerkenning administration

Support GDPR / AVG compliance and documentation
WHAT MAKES YOU THE PERFECT CANDIDATE?

You have a completed Law degree (HBO/WO)

You bring 3–5 years of relevant experience in a legal, compliance, or corporate environment

You are fluent in Dutch and English

You have strong organizational skills and an eye for detail

You are proactive, structured, and solution-oriented

You are comfortable working with legal systems and documentation tools

You understand how to navigate corporate environments and “know your way around”

Experience with permits, compliance processes, or corporate legal administration is a strong plus

Salary range between 3500 - 4000 EUR gross per month depending on your experience, based on 38 hours workweek
