Role Description:
The Partner Marketing & Events Team drives partner growth, love and loyalty. They get partners to choose Booking.com and stay with us by helping them grow their business, their way. This team sits within the Brand Marketing organization and works to get more partners of all verticals, from hotels and vacation rentals to flights and rental cars, aware of Booking.com, working with Booking.com, and preferring their experience with us.
As Partner Marketing Acquisition Senior Specialist, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing strategies to find, persuade and convert prospects into partners in our priority growth markets. This role’s main goal is to increase our lead generation and conversion so that more potential partners join Booking.com and list their properties on our platform.
Key Job Responsibilities and Duties:
Translate business priorities and market insights into demand generation tactics that contribute to positive results across prospect awareness, consideration and new listings.
Develop and execute acquisition efforts across paid, owned and earned marketing channels, including scoping, planning, stakeholder management, delivery, and impact analysis.
Coordinate with individual marketing channels and external agencies to build a complete, cohesive program strategy of always-on performance activities, campaign tentpoles, and an informed testing roadmap.
Monitor the acquisition funnel’s health through analysis, reporting, and optimizations to improve conversion
Develop new inbound and outbound lead generation approaches across internal and 3rd party channels, including with new AI tools
Translate global marketing efforts into regional approaches for selected verticals and growth regions, such as the US
Demonstrate effective and efficient stakeholder management; build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and maintain effective collaborative interactions.
Develop clear and detailed project plans, identifying key milestones and deliverables; identify resources needed and ensure effective resource allocation.
Collaborate effectively with creative teams, strategy teams, product teams, regional sales teams, copywriters, channel owners and external agencies to drive the acquisition program, landing key messages and adhering to our tone of voice and visual guidelines.
Demonstrate a data-driven approach to decision-making, both to inform strategies and tactics and to measure and report on their impact. Enable team members & leaders to make quality decisions, by providing relevant and timely information.
Qualifications & Skills:
4+ years in a relevant B2B acquisition marketing role, ideally in a company with a global footprint
Experience in developing, executing and evaluating multichannel marketing strategies, full-funnel plans and tactical activities.
Experience in developing, executing and evaluating lead generation and nurture programs, with a focus on conversion improvement through the funnel
Complex project management experience, with excellent organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking.
Intellectually curious & analytical: able to translate data, insights and business goals into impactful strategies, and to drive improved speed and quality via AI
Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills and presence; ability to manage and influence stakeholders.
Excellent problem solving skills, with the ability to overcome unpredictable challenges.
Excellent internal and external relationship-building skills.
