Mediq is looking for a skilled and innovative RPA Developer to join our team in Utrecht. Our RPA Center of Excellence (CoE) leverages the latest technologies, ranging from traditional RPA to Intelligent Process Automation (IXP) and Agentic Solutions. The ideal candidate is UiPath certified and capable of designing, developing, and implementing Robotic Process Automation solutions that streamline business processes across our international organization.
Your Responsibilities
- Design and develop RPA solutions using tools such as UiPath.
- Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities together with business process experts.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Test and implement RPA solutions to ensure functionality, reliability, and performance.
- Monitor and maintain RPA solutions to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations.
- Provide training and support to end users.
What You Bring
- A completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, preferably Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Business Information Management, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of proven experience as an RPA Developer or in a similar role.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency with RPA platforms such as UiPath and/or Blue Prism.
- Strong analytical skills with a process-oriented, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of ownership and accountability.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with AI, Machine Learning, and chatbot technologies is considered an advantage.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or C# is a plus.

What Else Does Mediq Offer?
- A salary in accordance with the Mediq Collective Labour Agreement (Scale 9), ranging from €3,600 to €5,200 gross per month based on a 40-hour workweek, depending on your knowledge and experience.
- A position for 32, 36, or 40 hours per week, with a preference for full-time employment.
- Occasional international travel may be required.
- 8% holiday allowance paid in April and an additional annual performance-based bonus of up to 7.5%.

- Travel allowance of €0.21 per kilometre, up to a maximum of 50 km one-way.

Hybrid Working at Mediq
At Mediq, we work in a hybrid model, combining at least two days per week at our office in De Meern with remote working. Friday is a fixed work-from-home day.
