Own the IGTS product strategy, roadmap and BU business case for the digital services and analytics portfolio, delivered as part of a cross-modality platform ecosystem.
Lead end-to-end delivery of IGT-specific digital propositions, from user requirements and design through data-model hand-off to development, and through commercial launch.
Represent IGT in cross-BU digital services and platform governance forums. Translate platform direction into the IGT-S roadmap and coordinate IGTS dependencies into cross-BU programs.
Drive commercial and internal adoption of digital services: catalog structuring, bundling with service contracts and equipment NPIs, PI Gate approvals, pricing and masterdata setup, and structured deployment into commercial programs (e.g. Clinical Success Management), presales and QBRs.
Steer customer evidence and sales enablement, including customer testimonials, sales training content, and customer-facing materials for key accounts and market briefings.
Coach and support adjacent product and value proposition teams, acting as an interface between new propositions and the broader digital ecosystem.
Drive an AI agenda for the team, exploring practical applications of AI to strengthen digital service offerings and internal workflows.
Collaborate with stakeholders across BUs, R&D, I&D, Service Marketing, Service Finance, Pricing and market leads. Externally engage with co-development customers and cross-BU stakeholders.
Own the end-to-end product and marketing strategy for the Medical Physicist customer segment, including UQCM and the Dose Management dashboard, and shape downstream marketing initiatives in collaboration with the Content & Engagement team.
Act as product management steward for all data-related product development initiatives within IGT Systems, defining user and business requirements and partnering closely with the data architect to ensure delivery through the PDLM roadmap.
