Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for HR within TMC Netherlands. You collectively ensure that everything related to HR runs smoothly and that colleagues feel supported and engaged. Creating and safeguarding the TMC family feeling is central to this.
Your tasks include:
Executing and optimizing the daily HR operations
Advising and supporting management and colleagues on diverse HR matters
Proactively advising on current HR topics, such as:
The current labor market and talent development
Employment conditions and performance management
Employee inflow, progression, and outflow
Absenteeism support and reintegration
Co-responsibility for the YOUniversity (our own coaching and training platform)
Identifying opportunities for improvement and contributing to HR projects and processes
Acting as a sparring partner and as the organization's 'conscience' in the area of people and organization
