Varco BJ B.V., part of NOV Inc., is looking for an Allround Warehouse Employee to join our Supply Chain team in Etten-Leur. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring materials and components are received, stored, and processed accurately to support our manufacturing operations.
As part of a close-knit warehouse team of four colleagues, you will be involved in a broad range of logistics activities, including goods receipt, inventory management, material handling, order picking, packing, and shipping. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in accuracy, and wants to build a career within logistics and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Receive incoming goods and verify quantities against packing slips and purchase orders.
- Perform visual inspections of incoming materials and tooling.
- Process and record goods accurately in the ERP system within established timelines.
- Store materials safely and correctly within the warehouse.
- Pick, pack, and prepare materials for internal and external customers.
- Support inventory management activities, including cycle counting and stock verification.
- Investigate and report stock discrepancies.
- Prepare kits containing small parts and materials for production requirements.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, in a safe manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Follow all company policies, quality standards, and HSE procedures.
Additional Responsibilities
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within warehouse operations.
- Assist colleagues across logistics and supply chain activities when required.
- Contribute to maintaining high levels of inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills
Essential Qualifications
- LBO/MBO level education, preferably in Logistics, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Good command of the English language.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to take ownership of responsibilities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse and manufacturing environment.
Desired Qualifications
- Valid forklift truck certificate.
- Experience in a warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain environment.
- Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (Oracle EBS) or other ERP systems.
- Good command of the Dutch language.
- Experience with inventory management, goods receipt, stock control, and cycle counting processes.
