Help build a strong public service as an MSP Recruiter at HeadFirst Group
Would you like to work in recruitment for an organization that makes a daily impact on society? And do you find stakeholder management, external hiring, and overseeing complex recruitment processes energizing? Then this is your opportunity.
As an MSP Recruiter, you will be responsible for external hiring for the Municipality of Almelo on behalf of HeadFirst Group. You will advise hiring managers on staffing issues, oversee the entire hiring process, and ensure that the right professionals are deployed at the right time. In doing so, you will make a direct contribution to projects and social initiatives within the municipality.
You’ll be joining a team where quality, ownership, and collaboration are key. There are no sales targets or individual revenue goals—just an environment where you build relationships, advise managers, and work with colleagues to deliver high-quality service.
Your impact at HeadFirst Group
The Municipality of Almelo is constantly working on projects and tasks that require specialized knowledge. This includes professionals in the social sector, operations, IT, spatial development, finance, and project management. You’ll ensure that managers have quick access to the right expertise, so that projects can move forward and services to residents remain optimal.
You serve as the link between hiring managers, vendors, and external professionals. By gaining a deep understanding of the needs behind a request, you advise on market opportunities and guide the entire process, from initial intake to successful placement. In doing so, you build lasting relationships with stakeholders, contribute ideas on capacity issues, and develop yourself into a knowledgeable sparring partner in the areas of external hiring, labor market trends, and talent availability.
This role is not about sales or commercial goals. Success is determined by the quality of your service, the trust you build with stakeholders, and the implementation of sustainable solutions.
What will you do?
Advising hiring managers on external hiring, capacity issues, and the feasibility of requests;
Managing external hiring processes from the initial screening through to successful placement;
Submitting requests through the HeadFirst Group supplier network;
Evaluating proposed professionals based on quality, availability, and suitability;
Coordinating recruitment processes and liaising with managers, suppliers, and professionals;
Monitoring quality, progress, and turnaround times across multiple concurrent projects;
Building and maintaining long-term relationships with hiring managers, suppliers, and external professionals;
Identifying labor market trends and advising on the best approach to successfully address them;
Identifying opportunities for improvement within processes and actively contributing to the further development of our services.
