We are looking for experienced CNC Milling Operators to join a high-tech international company in the Brainport region of the Netherlands, one of Europe’s leading industrial and technology hubs.
You will work with 3-, 4- and 5-axis CNC milling machines, producing complex, high-precision components for demanding industries such as semiconductors, aerospace and automotive.
Your responsibilities
- Set up and operate 3-, 4- and 5-axis CNC milling machines
- Perform precision machining of complex components
- Read and interpret technical drawings
- Carry out measurements and quality checks during production
- Ensure components meet strict dimensional and quality requirements
- Work with advanced materials, including titanium
- Follow production, safety and quality procedures
- Work closely with colleagues and the production team
Programming is handled by a dedicated CAM department, allowing you to focus primarily on machine setup, operation and precision machining.
What we are looking for
- Proven professional experience in CNC milling / CNC machining
- Experience with 3-, 4- or 5-axis CNC machines
- Experience with machine setup and operation
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings
- Experience with precision measurements and quality control
- Good attention to detail and a quality-focused approach
- Good level of English
- Valid EU citizenship
- Valid driving licence
