Part-Time Night Receptionist – Hostelle Amsterdam
Hostelle Amsterdam, a women-only hostel, is looking for a reliable and friendly Night Receptionist to join our team for 3 nights per week (one weekday and one weekend shift).
Responsibilities
- Welcoming and checking in guests
- Answering emails and phone calls
- Assisting guests with questions and resolving issues
- Keeping the reception and common areas clean and organized
- Managing and monitoring guest laundry facilities
- Handling situations independently during night shifts
- Supporting a safe and welcoming atmosphere for guests
Requirements
- Available during December, including Christmas and/or New Year
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Friendly, approachable, and proactive attitude
- Comfortable working independently at night
- Flexible availability, including weekends
