Recruitment process: Gain hands-on experience in the various stages of the recruitment process, including scheduling calls, video calls, and face-to-face meetings, while understanding their significance in selecting the right talents for hotel-related roles.
- Talent management: Learn how to manage a talent pool ('the lounge'), ensuring its readiness to fill vacancies as they arise within citizenM properties, and comprehend the importance of maintaining such a resource.
- Analytical skills: Develop the ability to analyze recruitment trends, identify areas for improvement in time-to-hire metrics, and propose innovative strategies to streamline candidate selection processes.

Internship allowance of 600 euros per month

Location and hours
- Monday to Friday, ideally 40 hours per week. Flexible schedule based on school schedule.
- Based in Leiden with weekly travel to Amsterdam, Schiphol, and Rotterdam.
- Hybrid role, not fully remote. Expect at least 3 days in the office or hotels per week.
- Must have the right to work in the country for which you are applying.
