As a Producer Working Student at Picnic, you'll support the production of our campaigns, ads and recipe content. You'll help coordinate shoots, prepare locations, manage props, and make sure everything runs smoothly—whether that's in our in-house Creative Hub or, more often, on location.
You'll work closely with an international team of producers, photographers, content creators, stylists, and recipe developers. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys planning, solving practical challenges, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves. A passion for food and cooking is a big plus!
We're looking for someone to join us from September (or earlier) for at least 16 hours per week.
- Production Support: Assist with the preparation and execution of photo and video shoots, both at external locations and in our Creative Hub.
- Planning & Coordination: Help organise props, equipment, and production planning to ensure every shoot runs smoothly.
- Food Preparation: Support the Recipes team by preparing ingredients and meals for photo and video shoots.
- Collaboration: Work closely with producers, photographers, content creators, stylists, and business teams to bring productions to life.
- On-the-Day Execution: Tackle last-minute production challenges, stay organised, and keep everything running seamlessly on shoot days.
- Are currently enrolled in an HBO or WO programme (for example Creative Business, Hotel Management, Event Management or similar).
- Love organising projects and keeping multiple moving pieces under control (experience organising events, productions or similar is a big plus).
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where plans can change quickly.
- Are proactive, energetic, and enjoy working with different people.
- Have an affinity for food and cooking.
- Don't mind getting hands-on—whether that's preparing a shoot, carrying props, or helping wherever needed.
- Speak English fluently.
- Live near Amsterdam and can regularly work from our office, Creative Hub, and external shoot locations.
- Have a category B driving licence (this is an important requirement, as many of our shoots take place off-site).
