Translating business needs into engineering project scope, to deliver our production facilities of the future

You will be a part of our digital transformation journey

You will participate in the development and tracking of our carbon reduction roadmap across our Cloetta factories. The focus will be to understand processes within our existing technologies that can be converted into more carbon neutral solutions.

You will collaborate closely within a matrix organization with our technical managers, project engineers, OT engineers, and other departments such as Strategy Deployment, Factory teams and Procurement.
- You will play a pivotal role in our Central Engineering department in delivering Cloetta’s Operational Strategy

Solid project management and organizing skills.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or related field with minimum 5 years of experience in an engineering role.

Experience in food production or FMCG.

Basic knowledge of 2D (and 3D) Autodesk design software and you understand PFD’s and P&ID’s.

Knowledge of regulations, compliance, legal and governance regulations in relation to engineering and project execution.

Knowledge of utility systems.

International travel up to 30%, within Europe.

Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal).
