【Job Responsibilities】
1.Assist the General Manager to formulate the overall operation plan, annual sales volume, profit target, market strategy and business policy and organize the implementatio
Business Development of sales and marketing of GAC Europe, achieve sales and marketing targets of GAC Europe;
2.Manage the expansion and maintenance of European network development, production and sales coordination and management;
3.Develop channel planning for the European region, manage and maintain local automotive sales channels, and establish long-term stable partnerships;
4.Collect and analyze local competitors business policies to formulate GAC’s competitive business strategies;
5.Production-sales coordination in an accurate level and manage to ensure vehicles are delivered to users with high quality and in the required quantity;
6.Coordinate promotional plans for major clients such as government and enterprises in Europe, conduct business negotiations with major European clients, and expand the fleet sales market;
7.Develop and set up financial channels such as local banks and financial institute in Europe to lay the foundation for automotive finance business;
8.Manage the used car business;
9.Complete other tasks assigned by the company and superiors.
【Job Qualifications】
1.Full-time bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Marketing, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, or related fields;
2.Over 15 years of experience in automotive marketing management and European market development;
3.Familiar with the European automotive market, understanding of automotive sales channels and processes;
4.Excellent market analysis, business negotiation, and customer relationship management skills;
5.Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading, and writing, able to use English as a working language, and capable of smooth communication with European partners.
