As a BIM Modeler, you are part of a specialized design team working on a variety of civil engineering projects. You: - work independently on 3D models and associated drawings for civil structures; - actively contribute to the design process, as you understand how structures and constructions are built; - translate technical requirements into clear and accurate models; - work in accordance with the applicable guidelines and standards in the sector (such as OVS, ProRail, ROK, or RWS); - support the project team with your knowledge of civil designs and attention to detail; - contribute to improving work processes and BIM guidelines. You collaborate with modelers, BIM coordinators, designers, and other specialists. Discussions, brainstorming, and continuous improvement are central to the process. You will join a skilled and close-knit design team of around 20+ modelers and coordinators—a group where collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and humor go hand in hand. You work on challenging, technically complex, and sustainable projects within civil engineering. Think of roads, tunnels, bridges, locks, quay walls, parking structures, water treatment plants, or foundations. These are projects where digitization, innovation, and future-proof construction are key. Within this organization, ambitious sustainability goals for 2030 are actively pursued: - circular design and construction - sustainable material choices - emission-free equipment - climate-adaptive solutions - digital optimization of design and construction processes There is a strong belief in collaboration, craftsmanship, and combining the right expertise. Projects are made by people, together.
