We are looking for a passionate and skilled Demi Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will support the Chef de Partie in daily kitchen operations, ensure high standards of food quality and hygiene, and contribute to an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities

Assist the Chef de Partie in preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes according to established standards

Take responsibility for a specific section of the kitchen when required
*
Ensure food quality, consistency, and portion control
*
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area in line with hygiene and safety standards
*
Support junior kitchen staff and trainees when needed
*
Minimize waste and assist with stock control
*
Comply with all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
Requirements
*
Proven experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or Commis Chef in a hotel or restaurant
*
Culinary qualification or equivalent experience preferred
*
Strong knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations
*
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
*
Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
*
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
