For our buzzing Amsterdam location, we’re on the lookout for friendly, creative, and tech-savvy Customer Advisors to join our amazing team.
As the face of Eyemazy, you’ll be:
- Welcoming customers and making their visit unforgettable
- Capturing iris photos (yes, it’s as cool as it sounds)
- Editing images to perfection
- Guiding customers through our materials and premium product options
- Processing payments with a smile
- Jumping in to help your teammates wherever needed, because teamwork makes the dream work!
This is a hands-on role where you’ll experience every part of running a fast-paced, thriving store.
We think you’ll be a great fit if you have:
- Experience in retail, hospitality, or other fast-paced roles
- Solid skills in Adobe Photoshop, photography, or graphic design (a must!)
- Eagle-eye attention to detail and accuracy
- A flair for delivering top-notch customer service
- A curious, coachable mindset and love for learning
- Reliability, proactivity, and a positive “let’s make it happen” attitude
- The ability to multitask like a pro, especially when the store gets busy
Your mission:
Edit and process customer iris images quickly and beautifully, while making sure every customer walks out with a smile and a keepsake they’ll treasure.
