The company is looking to appoint experienced and commercially minded Loan Origination Directors to join a high-performing sales team supporting growth across the Benelux and France.
This role focuses on originating loans for Dutch corporate and real estate clients, managing key client relationships, and contributing to the continued development of the organisation’s origination and cross-selling capabilities. You will act as a key relationship owner for strategic clients and play an important role in shaping the local loan portfolio.
Build and maintain a strong network of clients and intermediaries in the Netherlands (e.g. advisors, investors, banks);
Identify and develop new business opportunities for loan products;
Engage with prospective clients to understand their financing needs and objectives;
Originate and manage a portfolio of high-quality loans with Dutch borrowers;
Structure and prepare deals in line with client requirements and the company’s risk appetite;
Develop relationships with co-investors and depositors in the Dutch market;
Work closely with internal teams to support the successful closing of sourced loans;
Maintain long-term client relationships and deliver a high standard of customer service;
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets;
Provide regular pipeline and performance updates to management;
Stay close to market developments and product trends, feeding insights back into the organisation.
Proven track record in loan origination, sales, and relationship management within financial services;
Demonstrated ability to originate and close deals while meeting commercial targets;
Strong network within the Dutch corporate and/or real estate market;
Self-starter with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset;
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills;
Strong planning and organisational capabilities;
Comfortable operating in complex, non-standardised deal environments;
High energy, commercial drive, and a collaborative approach;
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
