Team Description
VR Expert is a diverse company consisting of many ambitious people from various backgrounds (we have more than 10 nationalities!). This is a role in our Operations team, which consists of 4 people and the working language within our team is English. We are responsible for preparing and sending shipments of VR products to our clients on a global scale. Because of this you will work closely with the customer success team and the sales team.
Responsibilities
In our warehouse, you will be responsible for preparing and dispatching orders. This includes pre-installing headsets, booking shipments, preparing all shipping and customs documentation, packing boxes, and building pallets. You will ensure everything runs neatly and remains well-structured.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pre-installing VR/AR Headsets
- Picking orders
- Managing incoming goods
- Logistic operations including the preparation of (international) shipment and custom papers
We are looking for someone who has:
- Fluency in English (Dutch is a plus, but not required).
- Has at least a bachelor's degree.
- A proactive and motivated mindset with a desire to take initiative.
- A sharp eye for detail and the ability to bring structure to complex processes.
- A fast learner with the ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
- A genuine affinity for technology and hands-on hardware.
