As a Front Desk Agent, you are the face of our property — greeting guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. In this fulltime or flexible part-time position, you will have the flexibility to work shifts based on business needs, with opportunities to pick up additional hours during busy periods.
Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments to meet guest needs.
Qualifications

Previous front desk, reception, or customer service experience preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Confident using computer systems and hotel booking software (training provided).

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working a flexible schedule (including evenings, weekends, and holidays).
