- Bachelor’s degree in Sales Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

5 - 8 years of business experience, with a strong track record of success in healthcare, medical devices, or a comparable commercial environment.

Fluent Dutch and professional English language skills, both written and spoken.

Proven ability to drive sales growth and deliver results in a competitive market.

Experience leading, coaching, or developing sales professionals is highly valued.

Strong commercial acumen and networking capabilities, with the ability to identify and convert opportunities into business growth.

Solid knowledge of Orthopedics is essential; experience in Surgical would be a strong plus.

Good understanding of competitor products, market trends, and strategic selling approaches.

- Regular travel across North Netherlands is a core part of the role.

Domestic travel with overnight stays will be required depending on customer and business needs.
