SKYLOTEC is a leading international provider of fall protection and rescue solutions. To support the continued growth of our North American business, we are looking for an experienced Operations Manager (m/f/d) to lead our production, supply chain, logistics, and order fulfillment activities.
- Lead and develop teams across production, logistics, and order fulfillment.
- Manage production planning, procurement, inventory, and material availability.
- Ensure on-time delivery and efficient operational performance.
- Drive process improvements, productivity, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Manage supplier relationships and operational KPIs.
- Support ERP, planning, and operational reporting processes.
- Several years of experience in operations, manufacturing, supply chain, or production management.
- Leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, logistics, procurement, and inventory management.
- Experience working with ERP systems and KPI-driven operations.
- Strong analytical skills and a hands-on leadership approach.
- Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement experience is an advantage.
- A key leadership role within a growing international organization.
- Direct reporting line to the Managing Director North America.
