Role Overview
As our Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for the seamless execution of daily logistics and the management of our warehouse team. Beyond traditional logistics, you will oversee the functionality of production hardware and ensure that all operations align with our global standards. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires both administrative oversight and active participation on the warehouse floor.
Key Responsibilities
- Workflow Management: Organize and prioritize daily warehouse workloads to meet delivery deadlines.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and manage warehouse operators to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
- Hardware Oversight: Monitor and maintain the functionality of production hardware within the warehouse.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts and reach trucks for loading, unloading, and internal transport.
- Inventory Control: Ensure accurate stock levels and professional handling of our passive component portfolio.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience in warehouse management or a senior logistics role.
- Technical Skills: Valid Forklift and/or Reach Truck certificates. Ability to manage and troubleshoot basic production hardware.
- Languages: Fluently in English, Dutch is a plus
- Attributes: Strong leadership skills, a "can-do" attitude, and excellent organizational capabilities.
