Overview
Are you a native-level or fluent French speaker who enjoys sharing stories, history, and local culture with others? Are you looking for a flexible and enjoyable job in tourism? We are currently seeking a French-speaking tour guide who can create memorable experiences for our guests. In this position, you will accompany groups through key locations, explain cultural and historical highlights in an engaging way, and make visitors feel welcome throughout the tour. We are looking for someone who is friendly, professional, communicative, and genuinely interested in tourism and culture.
Main Duties
- Guide small groups during tours
- Share clear, interesting, and engaging information about history, culture, and important landmarks
- Make sure participants have a safe, pleasant, and well-organized experience
- Respond to guests’ questions and adapt to their interests when appropriate
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times
Profile / Requirements
- Fluent in French, both spoken and written
- Comfortable communicating in English
- Strong interest in culture, history, and tourism
- Previous experience as a guide or in a comparable role is an advantage
- Friendly and customer-oriented, with the ability to create a warm and welcoming environment
- Flexible, professional in appearance, and service-minded
- Prior guiding experience is appreciated, although training will be provided
- Confident leading groups in different types of settings
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: €30,00 - €60,00 per hour
