As a security driver at ASML, you play a key role in supporting the safety and mobility of senior leadership. You ensure secure and reliable transportation while working in a highly confidential environment.
In this role, you directly support the Board of Management. As a Security Driver, you help maintain business continuity by enabling safe, timely, and discreet travel. You operate at the highest level of trust, contributing to ASML’s overall security and operational effectiveness.
As a security driver, you provide professional transportation services while maintaining strong awareness of safety, confidentiality, and service quality. You operate in dynamic situations where discretion and reliability are critical.
In this role, you will:
- Provide safe, secure, and discreet transportation for Board of Management members
- Plan routes and execute time-critical journeys with strong situational awareness
- Apply defensive and protective driving techniques in varying conditions
- Represent ASML professionally and act as a reliable point of contact
- Communicate effectively and use sound judgment on what to share and when
- Ensure assigned vehicles are clean, fueled, and fully operational at all times
- Maintain accurate digital records such as maintenance logs, inspections, and mileage
To succeed as a security driver, you should bring professional driving experience and a strong sense of responsibility:
- A secondary vocational education (or equivalent level)
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in professional driving, security, or similar environments
- Experience in roles requiring confidentiality and trusted relationships
- Familiarity with digital tools for reporting or scheduling activities
- Valid driver’s license and advanced driving certifications (such as D2 or D3)
- First Aid certification, including AED and bleeding control training
- Fluent English and Dutch language skills, both spoken and written

This Security Driver role is based at ASML headquarters in Veldhoven and supports members of the Board of Management. You will work within a highly confidential environment and collaborate with internal stakeholders when needed.
You should live within approximately 60 minutes of the ASML site to ensure flexibility and availability. The role requires working outside standard office hours and may include split shifts. Physical readiness is important to respond effectively in unexpected situations.
