Production Worker – 3-Shift Schedule
Are you not afraid to roll up your sleeves and do you enjoy working in a team where people can rely on each other? Granuband is looking for a production worker to operate our manual presses together with a buddy.
At Granuband, used tyres are given a new life. In this role, you will help produce fitness mats and stable tiles made from recycled rubber. You will fill the presses with material, operate the machines and remove the finished products from the press. Together with your colleague, you make sure the production process runs smoothly and safely.
This is physically demanding work. You will be on your feet, handle heavy materials and work at a steady pace. You will never work alone: the manual presses are always operated by two people. That means you can count on your buddy and the rest of the team when needed.
What will you do?
- Operate manual presses to produce fitness mats and stable tiles.
- Fill the presses with material and remove the finished products.
- Check the quality of the products.
- Work safely and keep your workplace clean and organised.
- Work together with a buddy.
- Work in a 3-shift schedule.
Who are we looking for?
You are someone who enjoys practical work and is not afraid of a physically demanding job. Experience in a production environment is a plus, but your motivation and work ethic are just as important. You work well with others, show up on time and are comfortable working in shifts.
