You will drive the development and optimization of our global demand planning system. Your mission is to perform advanced supply chain data analysis, streamline operational processes, and help shape our planning software to enable smarter, faster, and more reliable decision‑making. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams such as purchasing, planning, IT, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust system logic, algorithms, and processes. You responsibilities are:
Analyze planning and supply chain data to identify inefficiencies (e.g. delivery reliability, inventory levels) and translate insights into actionable process improvements or software enhancements
Apply state‑of‑the‑art algorithms to optimize planning performance, reduce manual workload, and strengthen global planning stability
Continuously improve the S&OP process, implement a new Sales Order Management System, and support the transition to SAP S/4HANA
Adapt business processes to data‑driven planning systems; define accurate mathematical models and validate algorithmic outcomes with real‑world use cases
Collaborate closely with purchasing, planners, and IT specialists to ensure business requirements are accurately translated into planning tools and system logic
Contribute to strategic initiatives across Demand Review, Inventory Control, Master Data, and Advanced Planning Software
