Full time Hotel receptionist for a small hotel in Amsterdam near the Amstel station

Start salary € 16,18 per hour (is included the 8% holiday allowance )
As a receptionist you will have a variety of tasks such as:
Check-in
Check-out
Handling payments
Handling reservations
Answering phone calls
Handling emails
Helping guests with questions/problems/complaints
Providing customer service
We are looking for a responsible person who is pro-active, friendly, helpful, flexible and customer orientated.
Since the hotel is open 24/7 the shifts can be in the morning, the evening and or the night
When working the morning shift, the reception will need to help with the housekeeping
Working hours morning 08:00 - 16:00
Working hours evening: 16:00 - 00:00
Working hours nigh: 00:00 - 08:00
Soort dienstverband: Fulltime
Salaris: Vanaf €16,18 per uur
