Bestmix is growing. As a result, there is an increasing need for structure, oversight and effective follow-up. That is why we are looking for a Management Assistant who will work closely with the CEO and the C-level team to ensure that important matters are not left unresolved.
This role is not just about planning and organising. You maintain an overview, monitor actions and ensure that agreements are followed up. You support the management team in day-to-day operations and help bring structure to an environment where a lot is happening at once.
You will prepare meetings, keep action points on track, support communication, and coordinate practical matters relating to diaries, travel and schedules. In addition, you are a key link within the organisation: you interact easily with colleagues, management and external contacts, and have a good sense of priorities.
We are looking for someone who works independently, communicates professionally and brings calm to a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment. Someone who spots opportunities, takes ownership and ensures that things actually move forward.
You must have at least a higher professional education (HBO) qualification;
You have excellent communication skills in Dutch and English; knowledge of German is an advantage.
You have strong organisational skills and can easily keep track of things;
You work independently and proactively;
